nebbiolo is a very eclectic variety. From clay and limestone hills of medium consistency, it extracts plenty of trace elements that enrich its structure; from grounds rich in quartz sands and silt, it takes fragrant and fruity scents: the result is a full-bodied wine that combines elegance, fruitiness and harmony.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERS
The colour is ruby with garnet red hues. Fragrant notes, reminiscent of berries, give gradually way to floral scents of violet and wild rose. A light spicy note of vanilla adds complexity to the aromatic range. The taste is intense but harmonious and balanced, with graceful, never-too-prominent tannins.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
Thanks to its structure, it is excellent with tasty starters, first courses with hearty sauces, meat roasts and stews. It is ideal for sipping alongside plates of cold cuts and ripened cheeses.
