The grapes come from vineyards situated on hills with a moderate slope, composed of marls of medium consistency dominated by fine particles such as silt and sand, as opposed to clay. Nevertheless, thanks to its concentration of nutrient minerals, clay helps to give remarkable structure to the wine.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERS
The colour is a light straw yellow with pale green hues. The intense and refined aroma is persistent and has fruity and floral notes, reminiscent of Golden Delicious apple and green almonds, with a strong scent of chamomile flowers. The taste is harmonious and has remarkable sapidity.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
It is a classic wine to accompany tasty starters, shellfish and fish. Thanks to its structure and minerality, it is ideal for sipping alongside rice salads, savoury tarts with vegetables, light first courses and fish courses. Excellent with soft fresh cheeses.
