The grapes used to make our Malvasia come from vineyards situated on hills composed of marls of medium consistency, dominated by fine particles such as quartz sands and very fine silt, as opposed to limestone. This gives plenty of trace elements while at the same time ensuring the immediate expression of the bouquet.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERS
Perlage is fine and persistent. The colour is a light pink, veering towards cherry red. Intense and aromatic scents, slightly musky, with clear notes of berries, blueberry and wild strawberry. The taste is sweet, slightly sparkling, reminiscent of the olfactory sensations.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
A sweet and aromatic wine, a classic with fruit tarts and bite-sized confectionery. It is ideal for parties and it is a pleasant thirst-quenching drink in every moment of the day, especially after sports.
