Barbaresco DOCG
The grapes used to make this wine grow in vineyards situated on hills with a good slope, composed of predominantly clay and limestone soils of medium consistency, covered by quartz sands and very fine silt. This creates a wine rich in trace elements that can fully and immediately express its bouquet.

La Tradizione
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERS
The colour is garnet red with ruby hues. The aroma is intense, persistent, with clear scents of fruit, dog rose and spices. The taste is full-bodied but at the same time harmonious and balanced, with graceful, never-too-prominent tannins.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
It is ideal for sipping alongside hearty first courses, pastas with meat sauces, agnolotti, red meats, roasts and stews, hard medium-ripened cheeses.
